AnotherBrain Inc. 3. Display of External Websites

• This application displays third-party websites specified by the User.
• The Company is not responsible for the content of external websites.
• When using the translation function of this application, the text of the web page may be sent to the servers of the Company or external translation services used by the Company for translation processing.
• Texts and URLs sent for translation processing will not be used for any purpose other than translation.

4. Method of Acquisition

The Company automatically acquires User Information through this application, which contains built-in information collection modules.

5. Notification, Publication, Consent Acquisition, and User Involvement

(1) Notification and Publication

Notifications and publications regarding this Policy and the AnotherBrain Inc. Privacy Policy will be made by posting them within this application or on the Company's website.

(2) Method of Obtaining Consent

Consent is obtained at the first startup of this application. Since this application uses the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), a dialog asking for the User's permission will be displayed based on Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. The advertising identifier will be obtained only if the User grants permission.

(3) Method of User Involvement

The acquisition of User Information can be stopped by uninstalling this application.

6. External Transmission, Third-Party Provision, and Information Collection Modules

(1) External Transmission

The acquired User Information will be transmitted to the Company or cloud services used by the Company.

(2) Third-Party Provision

The Company may provide acquired User Information to third parties in the following cases:

• When providing data in a statistical format where the User cannot be identified.
• When disclosure or provision is required based on laws and regulations.

Governing Language

This Policy shall be executed in the Japanese language. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Japanese version and any translation thereof, the Japanese version shall prevail in all respects.
